The Customized Airplane Box is a die-cut, self-locking corrugated packaging solution designed specifically for e-commerce shipping. Unlike standard slotted cartons (RSC) that require tape to close the bottom, this box is folded into shape from a single flat sheet. It features double-thick side walls for extra protection and a hinged lid that opens upward, providing a premium "presentation" style opening. It is the gold standard for subscription boxes and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.

Self-Locking Structure:

The design features locking tabs (ears) that fit into the front panel, keeping the box securely closed without the need for adhesive tape (though a sticker is often used for tamper evidence).

Double-Wall Protection:

Due to the folding assembly, the side walls consist of 3 layers of cardboard (double thickness), offering superior crush resistance and vertical stacking strength compared to standard boxes.

Premium "Unboxing" Experience:

The hinged lid creates a "treasure chest" reveal moment, allowing for branding on both the exterior and the interior lid.

Space Efficiency:

They are shipped flat (knocked down) to the warehouse, minimizing storage costs, and are quick to assemble manually without tools.
