Corrugated Cardboard (also known as Corrugated Fiberboard) is a sturdy packaging material made up of three layers of paper: an inside liner, an outside liner, and a fluted (wavy) sheet which runs in between. This unique structure acts as a series of connected arches, providing a high strength-to-weight ratio.

Composition: Typically made from Kraft Linerboard (for strength) and Testliner/Medium (recycled content for the flutes).

Structure: Available as Single Wall (3-ply) for standard boxes, Double Wall (5-ply) for heavy loads, or Triple Wall (7-ply) for industrial crating.

Cushioning & Shock Absorption:

The air-filled flutes act as a cushion, protecting the contents from impact, vibration, and crushing during transit.

Stacking Strength:

The vertical columns created by the flutes provide excellent vertical compression strength, allowing boxes to be stacked high in warehouses without collapsing.

Thermal Insulation:
